TEAM AND INDIVDIUAL REGISTRATION ARE NOT YET OPEN.
TEAM ESTIMATED TO BE AVAILABLE MID-DECEMBER 2009 or EARLY JANUARY 2010
INDIVIDUAL REGISTRATION TO BE AVAILABLE LATE JANUARY or EARLY FEBRUARY 2010
ONSITE REGISTRATION WILL BEGIN ON JUNE 28th, 2010 at MVNU.
THE EVENT WILL BEGIN WITH AN OPENING SERVICE ON JUNE 28th at 7:30PM
AND WILL CONCLUDE WITH AN AWARDS CEREMONY STARTING AT APPROXIMATELY 11:30AM ON JULY 3rd.
Individual costs for the event include:
- Participant Quizzers and coaches – $165 (updated because of budget changes)
(includes 5 nights (Mon-Fri), 16 meals (lunch Mon-lunch Sat); linens (2 sheets, blanket, 2 towels, 2 washcloths, no pillows or toiletries; bring your own-we will have pillows and fans for sale at registration); a group photo; an event shirt; ministry project; individual and team placement awards; individual placement scholarships; activities, 50 years of quizzing celebration; services; devotions; volunteer, officials and coaches training; Barefoot Ministries material-each person will receive one piece of John material; fun and laughter). - Participant Officials and Event Volunteers who gain director approval- $75 (includes the same as the participants)
- Guests – $170 (updated because of budget changes) (includes the same as the participants)
- Families – starting at $130 per person with a minimum of 3 non-participants
more discounts with more family members (cannot include quizzers, coaches, officials, volunteer or quiz staff) - Early and late housing (early housing only Saturday the 26th and/or Sunday the 27th) the late housing will be limited; some may need to stay in hotels as there is another convention starting on Sunday the 4th – $10 per night per person)
- Early meals (Monday breakfast and lunch only-$5 for breakfast and $6 for lunch)
- Highlight Video – $17
Team costs for the event include:
- District Team (both novice & experienced) – $140 per team
3rd, 4th, 5th, or more teams from a district – $125 per team - Local Team (both novice & experienced) – $100 per team
